I see happiness as a biological mechanism that’s instated in our genetics to see when we’ve proven to ourselves to see the actions we’ve taken thus far had brought about the changes we want to see in our world.
— TJ Reeves

TJ Reeves is a mind-body builder, focused on growing every aspect of human life: mind, body, relationships, and business. To train his mind, he has spent 3 years meditating every day without failure, taken some of the most powerful psychedelics known to man, and read one book per week for years on topics like psychology, history, philosophy, religion, and economics. To train his body, he won championships in football, lacrosse, and track in field at Johns Hopkins university before qualifying to compete in American Ninja Warrior and Broken Skull Challenge. To train his relationships, he spent over +250 hours of in-field pickup and coached colleges age men to take control of their masculinity as a positive force. And to train in his business productivity, he spent 3 years researching the neuroscience of addiction and perception at Hopkins. He now works full time filming a The Daily Bread, a VLOG with over 1 million views. He plans to use the experience filming the VLOG to help him market his own technologies in the future.
